WOW I'm speechless

I have to vent about an article that was brought to my attention regarding a gas station attendant in Tennessee who is being sued for selling gas to a drunk driver and then letting driver drive away. The drunk got into an accident and killed someone. Tennessee Supreme court ruled in favor of the family of the deceased. Find article here <~

Many issues to be scared of in this. I guess one thing that I think about is whether I will get sued if I were to let someone drive home if I "knew" they were drunk. As if my keen sense of judgement in that area gives me the responsibility to take action? Apparently it's my Duty. Oh wait, I have a keen sense of judgement in that area? No. Maybe more than a gas station attendant that makes less than $8 an hour though. If I was an attendant I probably wouldn't refuse gas to someone on that basis anyways since the chance of me getting my ass kicked or killed is higher than the chance that they will go get in an accident and kill someone. The bottom line: You are NOT responsible for your actions. If you drive drunk and kill someone, don't worry, they'll sue the people that didn't stop you from driving because it's their fault, not yours. Stupid, just stupid.

The end is in sight

Tomorrow is the first day of my last semester of college. I wish it was already over, but I should be able to survive 4 months before I jump into a career that will last 30 years. 4months vs. 30years = small time difference. The thing that sux is that the 4 months will probably seem to take longer than all of my schooling put together. I might not seem excited, but I am. It's time to GET THIS OVER WITH!!!!!

How about SLINGSHOT PAINTBALL!!

I don't believe that it is legal to use paintball guns while camping, so we used slingshots. It worked really well too! We even chrono'ed it to see how fast it was shooting. A paintball gun shoots around 280 feet per second and the slingshot only got to 216 fps. That is actually really good. Good enough to break skin (as shown below). So here are some pics:

Baby heartbeat

After going to the doctor and hearing the heartbeat using a doppler fetal heart monitor we heard that you can buy one. Well, they cost around $400 or so for the cheap one. While researching it, Regina found that there are places that you can rent one over the internet for $20 a month. Technology rocks, so we rented one. Here is a sound clip of what we can hear whenever we feel like it.

OOOOOHHH, my poor family!!!

This is hilarious!!!! USA Today has ranked the 53 most overvalued cities in the U.S. for housing prices.
GUESS WHAT!!!???
SALINAS IS #2
I'm so sorry family. You got beat out by Santa Barbara (Whatever). Salinas should have won, it is sooooo not worth the prices of the houses. Sacramento is #11. Sell while you can before the bubble bursts! Just kidding, I doubt there is any bubble.
Click here ~> USAToday to see the rest of the list.
Thank you USA Today for verifying what we already knew. :P

My Nova made it over to Reno and back again :) WHEW! It gets to be a nervous drive when the engine is running at 210ish degrees. Tons of fun! I don't know which pics to post first, so here's a sampler:
